Abstract
This paper dealt with the evaluation of the University of Batangas Faculty’s Personal and Professional Qualities. The data were derived using a research made questionnaire-checklist. The professional and personal qualities were determined and analyzed in terms of gender, civil status, educational attainment, and years of teaching experience and area of specialization. Most of the faculty members of the UB Family were married and they are teaching for about 12 to 14 years and above. The professional and personal qualities of the college faculty members differ significantly with regard to area of specialization. The common and distinct qualities of the faculty members were also evaluated. A program for the improvement of qualities of the faculty members of the University of Batangas is proposed the output of the study.
