Abstract
Laplace Transform reduces the problem of solving differential equations to algebraic problems. Thus, the given hard problem is transformed into a simple equation called subsidiary equation which is solved purely by algebraic manipulations and the solution of this equation is transformed back to obtain the solution of the given problem. Laplace transform can be applied in finding the solutions of transient current of a given circuit since the circuit is mathematically modeled by differential equation.
