| The objective of the study is to determine the management practices and problems of science laboratory personnel of the University of Batangas.
This research was conducted among twenty nine (29) respondents; twenty five (25) teachers handling various laboratory subjects and four (4) personnel. This was pertained solely to the management of laboratory facilities and resources in the secondary and tertiary level in the aspects of planning, organization, utilization, and control of laboratory facilities of the science laboratories.
With the findings as bases, the researcher presented proposals for improvement which include the objectives, scheme of implementation and proposed measures to be participated in by the sectors who were concerned with the operations of science laboratories. |
