Abstract
The researchers proposed a system for the distribution and control department of JG Summit Petrochemical Corporation. Systems. It used Gemba Walks, interviews, document reviews, and a comprehensive system design in proposing a system design for approval of the management of the distribution and control department of JGSPC. The proposed system design passed through evaluation based on ISO 9126 standard on software quality. A test on the system design's functionality and reliability was done to check if the requirements of the management were met. For every requirement identified, a flowchart is presented to check if they can meet the requirement. The tests done returned accurate results, thus, the software requirements specification is presented.
