Abstract
The purpose of this study was to design a website portal that is based on the implementation of self-care thru an easy guide that individuals can do on their own. The researchers used developmental research in this study to analyze and describe the final product evaluated. They conducted an interview on specific people of interest to strengthen the study that self-care is needed. The eHealth portal proposed to improve and change the health and lifestyle of an individual by being aware of themselves and knowing what they have been capable of doing to be a better person. This project re-engineers other existing website portals which has only one focus in giving their services and gives the user an accessible and informative interaction experience. This project will also give the motivation and the proper necessity to unleash one’s ability to take care of their selves.
