Abstract
The study presents a system that enhances and improves hospital management through the Android Based Nurse Routine Monitoring System using Quick Response Code. The study employed developmental research and descriptive design. This method was used in order to gather the data needed to develop the system and to summarize and present it accurately. Several tests were conducted to determine how this proposed system would operate and function based on different scenarios. Two different operations of the system were tested for its accuracy, the scanning time of the QR code reader and the processing time of the Android application. Based on the results, the average accuracy of the system is 91.5%.
