Abstract
This paper presented an application of information technology as a tool to improve evaluation of learning. By applying developmental research and using the software engineering process of Systems Development Life Cycle, the researchers analyzed and assessed the existing system, designed a new system using database and customized a software program. The output of this paper is an automated test construction and score monitoring system using MS Visual Basic 6.0 and MS Access.
