Abstract
This study is entitled Medical Record Information System for San Nicolas Health Center. The general objective of the study is to develop a system that will automate the existing manual record-keeping of the clinic. Accordingly the proposed system will present them opportunities to have an effortless result in means of report generation and inquiry
