Abstract
i-Tutorial: eBrahman is a multimedia tutorial developed using Camtasia Studio 7’s screencast technology and HearWho.com’s online TTS or text-to-speech technology. The tutorial was specifically designed and developed for eBrahman users including students, faculty members and employees of University of Batangas. The multimedia presentation incorporates video tutorials of the basic how to’s and all the activities and or functionalities done using the eBrahman web application, with students or faculty/ employees as users. This study, aimed to educate or train its end users by creating a presentation that shows the step by step procedures of accessing the features and contents of a specific software, system or any application using the socalled screencasting and online text-to-speech application. Screencasting is the process of sharing your desktop virtually through screen recording while TTS is a type speech synthesis application that is used to create a spoken sound version of the text in a computer document, such as help file or a Web page. Specifically, this study aimed to design and develop a web-based video tutorial in high definition video that would enable the users of eBrahman to effectively use the application.
