Abstract
This paper aimed to determine the effects of computer literacy on the job performance of law office secretaries in Batangas City. The data gathered were analyzed and interpreted using the percentage method, weighted mean, and Z-test. The researchers found out that computer literacy increased work performance and improved productivity as law office secretaries performed their job, and that the computer literacy has a high significant relationship to job performance of secretaries. Based on the findings, law office secretaries should attend speed and accuracy seminar, workshop and should try hard to become more computer literate.
