Abstract
The study entitled The History of the three Cities of Batangas (An Interactive Storytelling) was designed and developed based on the non-cooperative game theory. It was developed to present the history in such manner that users will be interested in the history while learning. Mini games were included as part of an Interactive Storytelling. Sounds, animations and multimedia were combined to develop the study for the purpose of capturing user‘s interest in reminiscing the history. The researchers believe that the result of constant and unceasing change in the field of information technology, the means of introducing learners to historical subjects must also be technologically versed. SDLC were utilized as the method of software development. Unity 3D, Macromedia flash, Proshow, Autodesk Maya 2015 and Visual Studio 2015 were used to develop the project. The researchers concluded that non-cooperative theory maybe applied in the development of an interactive storytelling, the interactive storytelling was developed using different software for multimedia purpose and it may be implemented as an instructional tool for introducing the history of Batangas to the guests, and students as well.
