Abstract
Computer animation is the use of computers to create an object and make it move. There are software for creating animation like 2D Animation and 3D Animation. The use of transition, frames and other special effects can help improve animation.This study is entitled “iExplore University of Batangas Elementary Department”. The general objective of the study is to develop a virtual tour that will be used as a reference for easy access to the department. By developing a virtual tour, it will help the department present the school in a more entertaining way. Through this virtual tour, the department can have a better illustration of what they have.
