Abstract
This paper aimed to determine the employability of the BS Office Administration graduates batch 2010-­2015 of University of Batangas. The data gathered were analyzed and interpreted using the percentage method, weighted mean, frequency distribution and Chi-square. The research found out that the professional performance was excellent and shows confidence on how the BS Office Administration graduates perform their job, the BS Office Administration graduates skills deals with record keeping, typing, arranging appointments, human relations, computer operations, filing, and telephone operation. Skill in record keeping is highly expected by the employment market among the BSOA graduates, and there is a significant relationship between the training received from the program and employability of graduates. BSOA program should consider focusing on sharpening the skills and knowledge of the students on the expected skills of the employment market from the graduates of the program.”
