Abstract
ABSTRACT This research deals with the effects of ergonomics in the efficiency and productivity of the workers. The study aims to find ways and means on how to make the workers in a particular workplace more effective and productive by showing that the workplace and the equipment that the workers use may provide the employers a greater satisfaction in the productivity of their work force. The study shows that preventing and controlling work-related injuries and illnesses is the major benefits of ergonomics.
