Abstract
This non-experimental and descriptive research assessed the 174 nursing students of the University of Batangas regarding their perspective on the effectiveness of remote online examination and their level of engagement in e-learning. The researchers utilized the random and convenience sampling design and online questionnaire from two studies via Google forms. The results of the study showed that the respondents have a positive perception of the effectiveness of remote online examinations. Moreover, the majority of the respondents stated that their level of engagement in e-learning is highly developed. Furthermore, the findings revealed a positive correlation between the perspective of nursing students towards the effectiveness of remote online examination and their level of engagement in e-learning. Lastly, the researchers formulated an action plan to promote the enhancement of the level of student engagement in e-learning.
