Abstract |
Mental health is one of the essential components of an individual’s existence, and thus, must be cared for just like physical health. The proponents investigated the many business feasibility criteria using mixed-method explanatory sequential design, including the market, technical, management, financial, and socio-economic study. Furthermore, the mixed method explanatory sequential design was used in order to make sense of the quantitative and qualitative data gathered. The market study identified that there is a generous percentage of the target market willing to avail of the services due to the small number of service providers in the region. It was also found out that the strengths of the proposed service are as follows: a highly qualified roster of professionals, localized psychological services for Batanguenos and nearby provinces, the proximity ofthe establishment to the target market, modern office, facilities, and equipment, updated assessment tools, affordable rates, and easiness to promote. The technical feasibility showed that the business can provide psychological and mental health services with the needed assets to get the operation running ina strategic location. A corporation with a structured organizational chart will be adapted. Six full-time employees and five part-time partitioners will be hired. The projected financial statements and the financial analysis summary for the first five years of operation showed that the company is feasibleto operate. A total project cost of P5,200,000 will be needed to operate the first three months of the business. It was deemed in the socio-economic study that the corporation will truly and deeply contribute to the Philippine economy, employees, consumers, and the environment. According to projections, GIYA Counseling and Psychological Clinic is feasible, which indicates a strong likelihood that the enterprise will be prosperous. |
