Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the experience of mid-life crisis among the employees and faculty members of the University of Batangas whose ages are ranging from 40 up to 60 and above. The research design utilized is descriptive-quantitative. Sample/ participants number 155. Results show that in terms of the physical and emotional effects, midlife transition is significantly related to category and length of service. In the career and social aspects of the respondents, the effects of midlife transition are related to their status as a faculty member or an employee of the institution. Based on the results of the study, a proposed developmental program on mid-life transition was made for consideration by the University.
